UTILITY AND SERVICE REQUEST INFORMATION
Proof that you or a roommate has set up electricity with Tucson Electric Power. (Note: Each roommate will need to bring in the utility confirmation number with them for verification purposes). It is highly recommended you use SimpleBills as a way to ensure each roommate has their name listed on the bill for equal distribution of financial responsibility, rather than going through the electric company listed with only one resident’s name on the bill.
If you would rather go through the electric company and split the bill yourselves, contact Tucson Electric Power: (520) 623-7711.
If anything breaks in your unit, please fill out a service request by calling, stopping by the office, or completing an online service request form on the website. service requests are picked up throughout the day and completed on a priority basis. In case of emergency, call the maintenance office for immediate assistance. When service requests are completed, our Maintenance Staff will leave a copy of your completed service request in your apartment. You might need to fill our a service request for:
- Loss of power or heat
- Water leaks
- Pest control issues
- Broken appliances
- Furniture repairs
- Key, lock, or other door problems
- Major plumbing issues.
*Please note that you could be billed for any service request caused by improper use, neglect, or other damages not due to normal usage. So please take care of your apartment!
